Welcome to Lavish & Raw. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Order Acceptance & Verification
Lavish & Raw reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized use, incorrect billing information, or any activity that may compromise the security of our business or customers.
All orders are subject to payment verification. We may require additional information to confirm the identity of the purchaser, including billing verification or proof of purchase authorization.
Orders may be canceled if required verification is not completed.
2. Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize Lavish & Raw to charge the payment method provided for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all billing and shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy
Lavish & Raw takes fraud prevention seriously. All orders are reviewed and monitored for suspicious activity.
Customers agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for valid purchases. Before initiating a chargeback, customers must contact Lavish & Raw to allow an opportunity to resolve any concerns.
Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or disputes filed without attempting resolution may result in:
- Suspension of future purchases
- Submission of transaction records, communication history, order details, tracking information, and proof of delivery to payment processors or financial institutions
- Pursuit of any available remedies for fraudulent claims
4. Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Lavish & Raw is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate customer information.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking confirms delivery, Lavish & Raw is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly received packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.
5. Processing Times
Items labeled Ready to Ship may require up to 2–3 business hours for local pickup/delivery preparation and up to 48 hours for shipping processing.
Raw and custom hair products require additional processing time. Processing times may take approximately 10–14 business days or longer depending on customization and availability.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
6. Hair Product Disclaimer
Human hair products are natural materials and may vary slightly in texture, color, density, and appearance.
Customers acknowledge that lighting, screen settings, styling methods, and product care may affect how hair appears.
Proper maintenance is required to maximize the longevity of hair products.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene standards and the nature of hair products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our return policy.
Products that have been worn, installed, altered, cut, colored, washed, brushed, or chemically treated cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers must inspect products before installation.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, length, texture, lace type, density, and specifications before purchasing.
Lavish & Raw is not responsible for customer errors in product selection.
9. Website Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and product availability.
Lavish & Raw reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate listings.
10. Agreement
By purchasing from Lavish & Raw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
